And since only one processor will work in 10.1.5 and before, I would suggest a G3 or G4 upgrade card because otherwise you will only have a 200 mhz 604e machine which you would not want to run OSX on. Besides. OS9 never supported MPs anyway. It was only the different apps such as Photoshop that would use the extra processors, which was kind of a rip-off. I don't even see the Genesis supported to run OS9.2 on the OS9 forever site. It's not supported by any of the PPC Linux sites I checked either. An upgrade card like your other box is the answer for you my friend.
