Someone else can tell your for sure, but I think you need to reinstall 
the 10.2.4 combo update. It should overwrite the existing ATI drivers 
and reinstall it's own.

As I said though, I don't know if there is much easier way or not. I 
already knew of this issue when I installed the Radeon so I didn't have 
to correct it.
