I'm using 10.2.6 on a Umax S900/Sonnet G4/450. I have a GV Teleport Modem that I use for faxing only. I finally got the modem to be recognized using Page Sender, and was able to get a fax out. But it will not receive. A page sender tech read the modem log and said that the modem was old and probably needed an udate or different modem. I could not find a later firmware version on GV (now Zoom's) website. Is anyone using a serial modem in 10.2.x to fax. If so, what brand and model modem and which software can I buy? Appreciate any help--thanks.
