Huh, maybe it was the 30 pin 128 meggers that someone had invented that were
very expensive. Can't find the site anymore. I remember they were
outrageous. Putting 400.00 into a mac that old.

Last time I looked, 30 and 72 pin simms were very cheap, until you went to
the 128 meg size and above, then it jumped way up. I didn't find any for
25.00 looking recently, but that may be true.

There was no guarantee that the 7100 would recognize them either. Some folks
put 64 megs in and it only recognized 32.

Sounds like it cost them though. Back then anyway. I doubt you could find
the 256'ers now. 

I remember it being very hard to find the exact ns speed and FPM that was
required by the nubus macs as well. Maybe others will work though, I don't
know.

Heh, even 50.00 for ram seems too much for a 6100 or 7100.
