GReetings all, I have Jaguar (10.2.6) running on a PM 9600 with a a sonnet G3/500. Specs are -640 MB RAM -ATTO UW SCSI card -ATI Rage Pro Graphics Card -3-9GB IBM SCSI Drives (2 on an ATTO card and one on the internal bus) -Jaguar is on the 9GB Drive on the internal bus
I was wondering if I would notice any difference if I put a G4/450 MB Sonnet(which I can get really cheap ie. <$100)in place of the G3 500. Would Jaguar run any faster on the G4. I don't use Photoshop or any high end graphic programs.
