You could probably swap out the power supply fan for a "low noise" fan and get it even quieter.

i have done this modification with my 390W 9600 delta PSU
there was a kit from apple for the MDD macs that replaced the stock 120mm delta case fan for a papst, for noise purposes
i cracked the 9600 delta PSU apart and swapped out the fan. i also built a voltage regulator to vary the speed of the fan with a potentiometer
there is still a lot of noise in my machine after the mod...but it was a fun mod
