Hello all,
I just wanted to ask if anyone here is doing any audio recording work with their Unsupported OS X macs in OS X.
I was able to get my mitts on an 8500 and a 7500 for practically nothing, and I wish to upgrade them to do sequencing, recording, and use of VST instruments. Does anyone have any experiences they wish to share?
In particular I am curious about whether you are using SCSI vs. IDE drives, and if you are using USB vs. Firewire vs. a Serial Port MIDI Interface.
If you could also mention which apps you are running that would also be helpful.
