support the 200MP at all without XPF, and even then
only up to 10.1.5...

Correcto-mundo! I'm asking if *anyone* has actually
seen OS X (or Linux for that matter) running on a
9600/MP, and if it utilized both 604e's.
I've been searching every site I can think of that's
Linux-related, including LDP, Yellow Dog, Debian,
Mandrake, *ETC* - virtually no indication that
multiprocessing is supported on any Mac PPC.
