You may not have much room on that 2GB to fit the OS on. With a minimal install, you'll need around 1GB free to house the OS and the useful Apple apps, not to mention anything else you'd like to run. And the OS needs a bit more room when updating to a newer version as well- usually 200-500 MB free to download the new OS and install it. You'll want at least 256MB RAM and preferably more to run OS X well. Good luck!

it's newbie again with one more question. i have a stock wallstreet G3 w/ 2GB HD and cd-rom (no USB ports). can i get OSX to run on it? it has 9.2.2 on it right now.
