Two suggestions, not sure if one will work, almost positive the other will.. First, if you have an older Mac laying around with an ethernet port, you may be able to set it up as a print server. Not sure how this would work with OS X. Second, Farallon used to make a product called "EtherMac iPrint LT". It is basically a bridge from ethernet to LocalTalk. The iPrint LT adapter has two ports, one that plugs into your G3's ethernet port and the other into your AppleTalk printer. It goes a bit further than that though as it will allow you to connect an entire LocalTalk network to your ethernet LAN so that you can share files or the internet (with a router) with almost any Mac. I have one and it works great. Find them used or new on eBay. There was also an iPrint SL that would connect a network challenged printer like the personal LaserWriters or StyleWriters as well.
