Annual Meeting Study Document: “FELLOWSHIP IN ITS NECESSARY CONTEXT OF THE

The detailed Annual Meeting Agenda, prepared by the ACLC Superintendent and 
officers, will be made available to all participants on the opening day of the 
Annual Meeting.

ACLC Pastors are to bring their vestments with them. The liturgical color for 
Epiphany is white; this will be used for the Suffrages. The special Vesper’s 
Service on Wednesday evening is appropriately black.

The preachers for the Suffrages should plan on about a 7 to 10 minute 
exposition/homily. You may preach any part or an overall summary of the 
assigned text. Please submit three hymn preferences from TLH (listed 
chronologically for the Service) by January 15.

The preacher for the Vesper’s Service should plan on a 15 to 25 minute 
exposition/homily. You may preach any part or an overall summary of the 
assigned text(s). Please submit four hymn preferences from TLH (listed 
chronologically for the Service) by January 15.

This ACLC Annual Meeting is open to the public. All guests and visitors are 
welcome according to proper decorum. Please come and check us out; we invite 
everybody as we have nothing to hide.

All listed meals are provided by Saint Timothy in an effort to reduce costs for 
all who attend. Everybody who attends is a welcome guest at our meals.
