Good thing the experts tell us what to do. That way no one will ever think for themselves.

I appreciate the feedback it, was just bland. I have heard all of that before, yet a web based 1003 cant really be shortened.

Forms are the tool for collecting data on the internet. Not just surveys. You can do e-learning, workflows, FAQs, tutorials ect. But again, you do what you do.
