[UPHPU] IRC Channel

Sorry if this isn't the correct method to ask for this kind of 
info....but, I'm trying to get on the IRC Channel using the server and 
channel name listed here: http://uphpu.org/mailing-lists/ but, I'm not 
seeing the uphpu channel anywhere.  I'm using Trillian....any help?
