Seldom do I see coverage on a programmer shortage in the US.
3) Let's face it, in general, Utah companies are cheap. That's right,
I said it! They want quality, but they don't want to pay for it.
4] There is the mentality, out there, that since anyone can operate a
wysiwyg ui, then programming for the web must be just as easy. There is
not the understanding that, to design and build a web app, you need more
than a formatting language that anybody can use.
