Gvim is a windows based system!

Drag and drop has never worked very well.  I've yet to see a drag and
drop piece of software do anything but cause problems.

That being said, I do like using Eclipse with the PHP plugins. It's
not perfect, but it's an IDE with the backing of a lot of big
companies.
