For those of you who want to be noticed by recruiters, I just got a contact from a recruiter (in Philadelphia no less) looking for a Drupal developer for the Provo area. He said he got my name from drupal.org and my email from GitHub. So again, it seems the way to be noticed is by publicly contributing code to free software.
