The devs at the meeting here at JHU voted to grant Chris Doyle of JHU
committership on the uPortal project, which I have put into effect.
If discussion or an on-list vote is desired, by all means go ahead. I
expect this is a no-brainer and we can just move on to the phase where
you encourage your newest committer to fix your favorite bugs.
