A quick review of our community shows '-user' for uPortal (and it was
just requested for the bookmarks portlet project), '-users' for
HyperContent, and no suffix for CAS. Might be a good time (late
actually) for a convention to emerge.

I think -users is a more common convention than -discuss, I think it
also helps scope the lists better.
