I just started working on Mark Wilcox's 168 myWebCT Portlet and have it mostly
working. I have questions about the possibility of including
in SVN. Probably won't get it in for 2.6 because I don't have 2.6 yet but it
should be available soon after 2.6 is released.

Subject: [uportal-dev] compelling ootb JSR-168s in 2.6?

uPortal developers,

Maybe too late for Friday's RC feature-completeness deadline, but I
gotta ask:

Anyone have any compelling generic JSR-168s under suitable opensource
licenses they'd like to ship with uP 2.6? Those JSR-168 examples we're
shipping aren't totally thrilling -- I gotta believe this community has
got better examples.

If you can't get your portlet in for 2.6, it's not too early to commit
efforts to make 2.7 sing...

I'm going to take a look at Eric's Bookmarks portlet this evening, see
whether that can be a quick win.

Small. Simple. Quick. Low-risk. But more compelling than that Google
portlet would be nice...

Andrew
