Hi everyone. We are implementing a system to make nightly builds of uPortal 2.6.0 RC2 along with the latest version of our Gallery portlet. With each build cycle, we would like to restore a clean image of the HSQL database with our custom data already populated in it.
Currently our HSQLDB is in a state we would like to use as our database image, however I am unsure how to create this image. From what I understand of HSQL, all the data is stored on the file system. Where does uPortal 2 store these files? Is it enough to create backups of these files and restore them with each build? We are using Gentoo 2.6.15 r8 and HSQLDB 1.8.0.7. Unfortunately my HSQLDB knowledge is minimal, so I hope fellow uP2 + HSQL users can help with what we are trying to accomplish.
