Thanks for testing out the branch Colin. I believe I just fixed the 
Windows related build bug so the build scripts should work as expected 
on Windows, *nix & OS X.

As for how to distinguish between the up3-sandbox code and what is 
currently being worked on? I'm not sure either other than the simple 
'move stuff around' approach I outlined in my first email. Any other 
comments/suggestions would be great.
