Just to clarify: You don't need to tweak dojo, you need to tweak the
Reorderer so that it doesn't enable the dojo drag-and-drop. It still
works if you don't make this change, but dojo removes the reorderable
elements from the table and places them elsewhere in the DOM, which
is not exactly the scenario we want to work with. If you disable the
mouse-based drag-and-drop, the keyboard control provided by the
Reorderer still works.
