OK, that sounds fair.  If we wind up in a time crunch, I think that the very
least, we could update the layouts so that they have reasonable default
column widths specified.  Without any default widths, the columns all
default to 100%, which is why some of the columns on the right hand side
look squished.

I'll try and put up a wiki page tonight.
