No, I haven't seen this problem before. It doesn't sound good. Please
open a Jira issue noting a defect against this release with details of
what software you're extracting the .zip with.
People have frequently had problems with the built-in-to-Windows .zip
file extraction. Using something like WinRAR or WinZip may help.
