I think it's time [1] to call the uPortal master branch "feature
complete" towards uPortal 4.1.
I know we gots bugs and I'd really like to see them ironed out before
release, but the way to focus on that is to stop adding features.
So. Cut a 4.1.0-RC1 ASAP knowing that it's not actually suitable for
release, squish bugs, and be at a GA around the conference in [45] days
(!!!) ?
Who's got in flight features that they desperately want included in 4.1
such that it's worth further delay before feature freeze and squishing?
Or are we all on board for this?
