I had an idea on improving uPortal performance that I wrote up as
https://issues.jasig.org/browse/UP-4486. I wanted to know what your
thoughts are on it. It seems to me such a no-brainer that I'm surprised
someone hadn't thought of it before and I wanted to discuss with the
community to insure I am not missing something, such as the ability
already exists in another way I hadn't thought of.
