When I manually edited line 1 in the generated nih-dbus-tool to point a python 
interpreter and it looks you need atleast python 2.5 or it doesn't find 
xml.etree module.

And things worked.

When performing the code generation using a different OBJECT dir did not work 
for me not only it does not find the tool but also generates the files in the 
wrong directory. So that is one thing you at least will need to change.
