That's right. Didn't really care what to put in yet as Scott probably
has a better option in mind already. Wrote that in draft in ~15 or
so minutes..


First idea was to raise runlevel event but that would smell
like old sysv init. Anyhoo, Scott to decide.

Sending SIGINT to init may be a better idea. It'll call the CAD handler. I don't like assuming there is a /sbin/reboot existing.
