Don't be
alarmed. I'm not sure what was
reported in your media, but
what I said to the media here was that if the
magma chamber of the
volcano were ready for an eruption, a major
earthquake, for example
along the Sumatran Fault Zone, could trigger
an eruption. This is
hypothetical, and there is no evidence that
the required conditions
exist at present.
