Bachelor / Master Degree from Industrial Engineering
c. HR OPERATION (OPN-TSL)
Bachelor / Master Degree from Information Technology, Information System,
Computer Science
d. HR AREA (ARA-TSL)
Bachelor / Master degree in Psychology or Statistics
Having knowledge in budgeting and Compensation Benefit
e. HR INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (IRS-TSL)
Bachelor / Master degree in Law
f. HR RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING (RAS-TSL)
Bachelor / Master degree in Psychology
g. HR PROCEDURE (PRE-TSL)
Bachelor / Master degree in Law
Familiar with workforce related law procedures
General Requirements:
Male, with age max. 30 years old
Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from reputable university (local or overseas)
with minimum GPA 2.80
Have a minimum 1 year working experience in related positions
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Be proficient in English both spoken and written
Possess high motivation to learn and work hard
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
