teh di komplek PLN, komplek anu kalolobana di cicingan ku karyawan PLN.

"Pak, setelah ditelaah ternyata pemakaian terbesar listrik itu bukan
oleh rumah tangga tapi oleh Hotel, Mall & Perkantoran. Nah sekarang
sebenarnya pemadaman bergilir itu masih ada karena memang dayanya masih
belum mencukupi seluruh Balikpapan. Hanya saja sekarang yang digilir
bukan rumah-rumah penduduk tapi Hotel, Mall & Perkantoran."
Balukarna, gedong tempat kuring ngantor rutin tiap poe mun beurang
pareum lampu. Isuk-isuk jam 8.30 listrik geus pareum. Jam 5 sore kakara
listrik PLN hurung deui. Atuh mun balanja ka Mall oge escalator teh
sering dipareuman dan listrikna teu make PLN tapi Genset. Tah mun
peuting nu meunang giliran teh Hotel.
Mudah-mudahan sadaya pejabat pamarentah tiasa Pro Ra'yat leutik da
geuning konsumsi jalma leutik mah teu leuwih gede tibatan konsumsina
Jalma Gede.
