Bravo, Richard!! Good news comes in threes. Poland just certified nearly 30
residency-trained emergency physicians. The news from Poland is especially
gratifying to me, as I supplied the bulk of the questions used in the
certification exam.
Maybe in fours - I just learned that Vietnam is starting its first EM
residency. Not, to the surprise of many people, in Ho Chi Minh City or in
Hanoi, but in Hue!! I'm trying to arrange a visit next year in conjunction
with ICEM in Singapore, when I return to Vietnam for the first time since
1969. Maybe FL can stop and talk during his visit.
If you can't make it to Valencia (www.emcongress.org) to celebrate in Spain
with paella, maybe you can join the celebration in Central Europe in Wroclaw in
June (www.ceem2009.eu) with pierogies.
