yes, *anybody* can post patches to extend the documentation.  after all, this 
is an open source project that takes contributions from anyone, including you.

at any rate, ive added documentation to latest svn:
        data/MANUFACTURERS
        data/*/PARTS
        data/*/*/STEPPINGS

i dont control the website though so i cant push out changes.  plus, i dont 
know how that set of html pages are being generated ... running `asciidoc 
UrJTAG.txt` produced a single html file that looks nothing like the website.

post a patch showing what you changed so other people dont have to make the
