* Updated version of Tclurjtag for UrJTAG 0.10 #2027
* Documentation enhanced in Readme.txt, in particular instructions to

* Custom functions "urj_get_dr" and "urj_set_dr" renamed to
"urj_get_value_dr" and "urj_set_value_dr"
