FYI, I just tried to build urjtag under Windows 7 with
MinGW/MSys, libusbx-1.0.14 and libftdi1-1.0, the
build process is fine and I can build latest urjtag git
tree.

I use pkg-config-lite to get urjtag to detect libusb-1.0
and libftdi1, but you can manually do that as well
be specifying the necessary flags.
