FWIW, i've built libusb-1 + urjtag for Windows for a while now and i know it works fine. but i've only done testing with Windows XP (and nominally Vista). there's a urjtag in this installer that might help: http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/download/frsrelease/588/10177/blackfin-toolchain- win32-2012R2.exe -mike
