I just need a working 32-bit Windows URJTAG.EXE  ;)
There are two 'mingw32's: one is an old name for the very old 'Mingw'
and another is a repository/build system 'target' for modern
MSYS2/Mingw-w64

This build just does not use 'libusb1' at all.
