Individuals must be highly motivated self starters with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and exhibit excellent written and verbal skills; ability to work on several projects simultaneously; and strong analytical and organizational skills. *PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of custom developed applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. This role will perform new development as well as support, maintenance and enhancement of existing applications within the existing infrastructure. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
