**Here is the job description, please let me know if you have any
consultant.
Must have at least 10+ years in the Datawarehousing and should be an
architect for a 3+ years with MOLAP experience.
Data Warehouse, modeling, design, QA, including, but not limited to:
• Assessment of Data Source and EDW requirements
• Assessment of existing – current state EDW data model
• Development of new, extended conceptual, logical and physical data models
Architecture, including but not limited to:
• Navigation, alignment of EDW and related models with IAA/IIW canonical
models
• Alignment with Operational Data Model for appropriate data sourcing
• Application of naming and abbreviation standards and principles, while
exploiting IAA business terms where appropriate
• Application of EA and EDW approved architecture patterns (role/type,
date/time, history – type 1 and 2, converged dimensions for performance,
conformed dimensions at the appropriate level of granularity, etc.)
• Application of quality assurance characteristics and measures
• Strict conformance with data classification and security policies
• Recommendations and guidance for performance and scalability (ETL loads,
indexing, # of users, data volumetrics, partitioning, etc.)
• Coordination and collaboration with other EDW, ETL, AE, and database
practitioners
Knowledge and experience with Data Warehouse, Data Mart, ODS, OLAP and MOLAP
architectures
• Erwin v 4.1.5, 7.2
• MS Office and including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Vision, MS
Project
• Conceptual, Logical, Physical data modeling and database design
• Dimensional modeling, and including facts and dimensions, surrogate keys,
transitional keys, and star and snowflake design patterns
• SQL and basic understanding of relational architectures
• Taxonomy and naming standards
• Canonical models, industry models, strong preference for IAA, IIW, ACORD,
and FSDM
• Architecture patterns
• Data quality concepts
• Articulate, with excellent communication skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Accepts direction
• Effectively provides guidance and suggestions, open to criticism and
self-improvement
• Easily identifies opportunities for improvement and can justify and market
those opportunities
• Can work and deliver to schedule, and can proactively identify risks,
issues, roadblocks
Experience Required 10 + years in this field

• ETL Tooling with a preference for Informatica
• Analytic reporting (Crystal Reports, Cognos, Brio)
• Development of reporting cubes
• Data Warehouse optimization (loads, indexing, partitioning, query
optimization, influencing SQL optimizers)
• Exposure to Power Designer 10, 11, or 12
• Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g
