Enclosed is the Requirement for Enterprise Architect Manager. Duration of
this position 6 Months to Hire. Location of the Project would be Richmond,
VA. Rate we can pay upto $ 50/H.

*Complete Description:
Senior Consultant 1 (Enterprise Architect Manager)
*This position also includes Option to Hire after contract portion is
completed therefore only US Citizens or Green Card holders will be
considered.*
*Fundamental requirements:*
•10 or more years of professional experience in Information Technology, with
8 or more of those years in enterprise architecture planning, design,
development
•Degree in Information Systems
•Extensive working knowledge of one or more enterprise architecture
frameworks such as Zachman and or TOGAF
•Thorough knowledge of (a) industry-standard modeling notations and methods
including UML, BPMN, BPEL, and MDA; (b) business process management and
analysis techniques and use of one or more EA modeling environments such as
Metis, Enterprise Architect and System Architect; (c) software tools and
methodologies used to develop architectural designs, data models and entity
relationship models; (d) the principles of performance engineering and
management, project management, systems analysis and design, programming and
documentation
•Familiarity with establishing architectures that support information
sharing within a multi-division environment
•Ability to (a) explicitly visualize, develop, and present technical
strategy; (b) articulate the effect of technology on business; (c) express
ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing; (d) establish strong working
relationships with management, technical staff and non-technical
Add'l Responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and mentor a team of direct-report enterprise-level architects
(including application, data, information, QA/QC and integration architects)
- Lead the development of the enterprise architecture
- Creates and promotes enterprise architecture processes and frameworks
- Develop and enforce best practices and standards in a client-server and
web-enabled multi-tiered environment
- Support and collaborate with project managers, project teams, business
partners, and ITD and Security management in the development of application
and infrastructure solutions that align with current and future business
requirements
State Corp Commission is located in downtown Richmond; parking is not
provided for consultants.
