Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines. * ** 3+ yrs experience providing MQSeries System Administrator functions, including installation, configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting highly scalable/available environments. * Providing MQSeries systems administration and support functions across a variety of operating systems. * Experience with BMC Patrol for MQSeries software installation and maintenance. * Experience with SMPE, System Software Installation & Maintenance, MVS Utilities & JCL. * Considerable initiative and judgment relative to problem determination/resolution. * Effective interpersonal and communication skills. * Must have installed MQSeries with in the past 6 months. * Must be familiar with Mainframe (z/OS). * Provided 24x7 support when on-call. * Operation Systems: ** Z/OS, Windows, UNIX, AS/400, Sun, HP* Job Title: Systems Programmer *Scope: Work as a team member while fulfilling the MQSeries software requirements on assigned projects. Communicate and coordinate the installation of the MQSeries software. Properly document and design the required topology in support of the projects. Research application issues and assist them in problem resolution.
