- Knowledge of electronic health record and personal health record
standards and interoperability
- *Experience with EAI and J2EE technologies*
- *Experience with OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML*
- *Experience with J2EE Framework (Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, etc)*
- *Experience with Messaging (MQ), Web Services, SOAP, WSDL,
WS-Security, MTOM, SWA*
- *Database experience (DB2, SQL, JDBC, Hibernate)*
- *Strong XML processing experience (XSD, XPath, XSL.XSLT, schema)*
- Version Control *(e.g. SubVersion, CVS, MKS)*
- *JavaScript, HTML, SSL*
- Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively;
strong and proven problem solving
*Desired skills:*
- Knowledge of Nationwide Health Information Network
- Experience with MS Project and Visio
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts
to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact, and provide
solutions
- Familiar with Rational Unified Process, CMM/CMMI
