Description:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking a contractor to perform
analysis and programming associated with the design and delivery of web site
structures. The selected candidate will support the graphical user interface
for existing web applications including help screens and demos. In addition
the position will develop new web screens, help modules, and demos as needed
to support the clients and will help to ensure the web applications meet the
accessibility standards of the department. The candidate will also support
the group intranet site to ensure the information is current, clear, and
easy to access.
*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required:*
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with public facing web
applications-Required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe
Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks.
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing HTML, XML, XSL, and
XSLT-Required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Visual Sourcesafe-Preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with .NET Nuke-Preferred.
• Knowledge of all aspects of internet solution development.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
*Preferred:
• Experience working on vehicle registration applications*
