*6 months* * * *Responsibilities* The UI Designer will create the User Interface designs, based on Requirements provided by the Business Analyst, wireframes provided by the Information Architect and with input from the other team leads. This encompasses the overall usability and visual branding of the screens. This role is critical to the success of the project. A solution that incorporates User-Centered design principles assures that the application will be more accessible and effective, reducing long-term maintenance costs (e.g. Help Desk, Production Support, etc.). *Mandatory Skills* · At least 4 years web design experience. · Design samples via* *an online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and ability to work within established branding directions; portfolio also demonstrates ability to work within technology constraints and on information- or technology-heavy projects. · Experience working with SDLC methodology. · Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Html/ GoLive/ Dreamweaver, Visio). · Proven analytical skills through work experience · Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members. · Ability to work on multiple projects to completion with a minimum of supervision. · Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. · Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made. · Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
