*Mandatory skills required:*

   - 84 months experience (including 12 months experience with a single
   client)  doing PeopleSoft Financials administration in an Oracle/Unix
   environment.
   - 24 months experience performing regular Integration Broker
   configuration and troubleshooting tasks.
   - 24 months experience performing regular Process Scheduler
   configuration and troubleshooting tasks.
   - 24 months experience performing regular PeopleSoft Financials or
   People Tools software maintenance tasks in an Oracle/Unix environment.
   - 24 months experience (including 12 months experience with a single
   client)  performing regular PeopleSoft Financials performance tuning tasks
   in an Oracle/Unix environment.
   - 84 months experience (including 12 months experience with a single
   client)  performing regular PeopleSoft Financials problem diagnosis tasks
   in an Oracle/Unix environment.
   - 12 months experience in WebLogic doing web server and domain
   administration tasks in an Oracle/Unix environment.
   - 60 months experience with UNIX doing software installation and UNIX
   command execution.

*Mandatory skills required:*

·             Minimum 84 months experience designing and implementing
highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented
or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms,
software design and JEE Design Patterns.

·             Minimum 24months hands-on experience in creating technical
designs using Rational Software Architect (RSA)

·             Minimum 24 months experience planning, designing,
implementing and integrating IBM software solutions on an Integrated
Justice Portal.

·             Minimum 24 months experience  planning, designing,
implementing and integrating systems related to criminal justice processing
(including but not limited to:  disposition processing, fingerprint
identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender
management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to
Offender Supervision).

·             Minimum 48 months developing applications that are
implemented with JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 or higher).

·             Minimum 60 months performing hands on development of
applications developed using JMS, EJB, MQ, JSF, JAXB, JAXWS, and/or
Hibernate.

*Mandatory skills required:*

·         Minimum 84 months experience designing and implementing highly
available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or
Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms,
software design and JEE Design Patterns.

·         Minimum 36 months hands on experience in creating technical
designs and deploying applications in IBM Websphere Portal 6.1 and
Webshpere Application servers 6.0 or higher.

·         Minimum 36 months experience  architecting  systems related to
criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: disposition
processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history
updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or
initiatives related to  Offender Supervision).

·         Minimum 48 months creating technical designs that are implemented
with JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 or higher).

·         Minimum 24 months experience creating technical designs used to
implement applications deployed on an Integrated Justice Portal.

·         Minimum 60 months hands performing code review of applications

scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented

Design Patterns.

·             Minimum 24months hands-on experience developing and deploying
