Play a key role in Development, Data Analytics, and Reporting. *Desired Qualifications:* · Experience solving and managing multiple projects using Transactional, Reference and/or Analytical data · Solid understanding of data structures and data normalization · Proven analytical, business and technical problem solving skills · Direct experience with conducting requirements analysis, design, hands-on development of analyses and creating functional, technical and user guidance documentation · Business and Data Analyst Experience including process development · Strong knowledge of I/T systems. · Development of summary reports and dashboard to summarize results · Assessment of data quality and its potential impact on analyses · Capture of data from SAP reports and extracts and integration of data from a variety of sources · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), with emphasis on complex Excel spreadsheets and Access. · Thorough knowledge and direct experience doing SQL programming and conducting data mining, as well as conducting query performance and tuning, using MS SQL-Server, MS Access, and/or Oracle · Development of rules to detect specific cross check validations between various reports from same or parallel or sequential systems. · Ability to work in and understand databases.
