*Location – US (Seattle)* *Business Unit –Retail* *Need Retail domain experience * Job Description As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required o Proven Skills in following: o Requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows, Documenting/Analyzing process flows (Primary) o RETEK Management Systems (Secondary) o Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills o Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills o Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend it and convert it into design and guide the teams on design and build o Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter o Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them. o Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by Example o Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate. o Must be able to work with the offshore team.
