What you need to succeed: • 8 years of progressively more responsible project management experience in large institution (100,000+ employees) including the management of PMO department, project and program managers. • 5 years of experience leading teams consisting of individuals from multiple disciplines. • Proven Change Management, Acceleration and Facilitation experience required • Deep experience in system implementation and metrics • Preferred PMP or PMP certification; Lean or Six Sigma.
