Please respond to tmar...@idexcel.com Business Systems Analyst St. Louis, MO Long term Description The client seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, leadership and act as the primary liaison on various applications assigned to the System Support Center. Note: Resource *must* be onsite in St. Louis, MO. No remote work. Required Skills: - Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree. - 5+ years’ experience in business analysis role that includes software quality assurance, Agile, testing and database queries - Demonstrated ability to seek and rapidly acquire business and technical knowledge needed to independently serve as liaison between the customer, developers, and business project leader. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project). - Proficient with database query tools/techniques. - Working knowledge of development tools such as Java-based user interface and Oracle databases - Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives. - Must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card status required) Preferred Skills: - Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization - Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills Thanks & Regards, Tom Martin | Lead Recruiter IDEXCEL Inc., 459 Herndon Parkway, Suite 11, Herndon, VA-20170.
