The analyst developer will be expected to make recommendations as to the optimal solution for each set of requirements, e.g. status quo ante, re-factor in OBIEE, re-factor in Crystal Reports. The analyst/developer may also be required to define requirements and develop solutions in OBIEE to meet emerging business requirements.
